WILMINGTON, DE (June 4, 2012) – Richards, Layton & Finger announced today that Anthony M. Harvin has joined the firm as counsel in its Corporate Trust practice group.

Tony has served as legal counsel to many of the world’s largest corporate trust providers. He was previously a partner at Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP and in the New York office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
