Robert Krapf Elected to DSBA Executive Committee

WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 26, 2013) – Richards, Layton & Finger attorney Robert Krapf has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association. Mr. Krapf, who has served in several leadership positions on the Executive Committee and was most recently the committee’s New Castle County vice president, will now serve as a member-at-large. He was elected for a one-year term beginning on July 1, 2013 at the DSBA’s annual Bench and Bar Conference. The Executive Committee, which has 25 members, is the top governing body of the DSBA.

Mr. Krapf, head of the Richards Layton’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on a variety of transactional matters in the areas of real estate, commercial and land use law. His clients include many of the regional and national developers, landlords, banks and other lenders, conservation organizations, institutions, businesses and industries operating in Delaware. Vice chair of the ABA’s Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section, Mr. Krapf has held many local and national leadership positions in the bar, as well as in numerous business, charitable and cultural organizations. He is a frequent speaker and author on topics of real estate, land use and business law. Mr. Krapf has earned high rankings in many legal directories, including The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
