Two Richards Layton Directors Named in The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2012

WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 28, 2012) – Daniel L. Klein and Robert J. Krapf, directors at Richards, Layton & Finger, have been listed in the 2012 edition of The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers, two of only three Delaware lawyers named this year.

Klein, chair of Richards Layton’s real estate group, focuses on complex business transactions, public/private joint ventures and real estate loan workouts. He plays an active role in the Real Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and in the American Bar Association. Klein is a member of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute and a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, where he served two terms on its Board of Governors. Named in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987, Klein is also listed in Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.

Krapf, executive vice president of Richards Layton, focuses his practice on a variety of transactional matters in the areas of real estate and land use law. Krapf is a past president of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and past chair of the Real Estate Group of Lex Mundi. He has also held numerous leadership positions in the American and Delaware State Bar Associations. Voted one of the “Best Lawyers in Delaware” in Delaware Today magazine, Krapf is also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
