WILMINGTON, Delaware (August 27, 2015) – Paul Altman and Melissa Stubenberg, Richards, Layton & Finger directors, have been named in Who’s Who Legal 2016 as two of the world’s leading private funds formation lawyers. Mr. Altman and Ms. Stubenberg are among only four lawyers in Delaware to receive this recognition.

Mr. Altman, chair of Richards, Layton & Finger’s Business Department and head of the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, is an acknowledged authority regarding the formation of private investment funds. He has held leadership positions on numerous bar committees and boards, and has long been involved in drafting and amending Delaware’s LLC and partnership statutes. Mr. Altman coauthored the leading treatise in the field, Lubaroff & Altman on Delaware Limited Partnerships.
