Wilmington, Delaware (January 20, 2016) – Richards, Layton & Finger director Sara Toner has been tapped by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce to serve on its Economic Development Committee, a newly formed committee dedicated to cultivating an exceptional, business-friendly economic environment in Delaware. Through her work on the committee, Ms. Toner will help promote the expansion of existing companies and advocate for strategies to create higher-income employment opportunities in the state. The Economic Development Committee will also act as a key resource for businesses that are considering locating in Delaware by fostering a climate that attracts new and cutting-edge companies to the state.

Ms. Toner focuses her legal practice on complex transactions involving the finance, acquisition, sale, lease, and development of commercial real estate properties. With particular expertise in closing sophisticated commercial real estate loans, Sara represents major real estate developers, financial institutions, significant holders of commercial real estate, and institutional clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions.
