| | Wes is an avid motorcyclist—he owns three, including one with a sidecar, and has ridden all over North America and Europe. Before joining Richards Layton, Wes practiced corporate and securities law in New York, served as in-house counsel in the Netherlands, and was an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law. |
