Ambro of the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals after graduating from Yale Law School. Building on his experience as one of the compilers of the 18th edition of The Bluebook, Blake wrote Delaware Uniform Citation, a citation style guide for Delaware published by the Litigation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. |
