Andrew Irgens is involved in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and litigation on behalf of a variety of national clients, including debtors, creditors, liquidating trusts and official committees. An associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, his practice focuses on the restructuring and liquidation of companies in various industries.
While in law school, Andrew served as a staff editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. He was also a member of the Duke Mock Trial Board.
