Beth Knight practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, tax planning and wealth preservation. She represents high net worth individuals in implementing sophisticated estate plans, as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Beth also represents banks, trust companies and other clients in disputes regarding breaches of fiduciary duty and construction and interpretation of trust instruments. In addition, she advises individuals in the creation of Delaware trusts and in the reformation and relocation of existing trusts to Delaware in order to benefit from the unique advantages of Delaware trust law.

Beth Knight practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, tax planning and wealth preservation. She represents high net worth individuals in implementing sophisticated estate plans, as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts.

A member of the firm’s Tax Group and Trusts and Estates Group, Beth represents banks, trust companies and other clients in disputes regarding breaches of fiduciary duty and construction and interpretation of trust instruments. She also advises individuals in the creation of Delaware trusts and in the reformation and relocation of existing trusts to Delaware in order to benefit from the unique advantages of Delaware trust law.

Beth also works with the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, advising clients on formation and operational issues relating to Delaware partnerships and limited liability companies in all types of commercial and business transactions, including securitizations, structured finance, investment funds, joint ventures, restructurings and dissolution.

While attending law school, Beth served on the editorial board of the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems.
