Christine Morabito focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to limited liability companies and limited partnerships, including formation, structuring, operation and governance matters. She also renders legal opinions as to matters of Delaware law in connection with transactions involving LLCs and partnerships, including structured financing transactions, joint venture transactions, investment fund transactions and private equity transactions.  Since joining the firm in 1999, Christine has also provided advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including mergers, conversions and dissolutions, as well as analyzing corporate governance, fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.

Christine M. Morabito focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to limited liability companies and limited partnerships, including formation, structuring, operation and governance matters. A counsel in the firm's Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, Christine also renders legal opinions as to matters of Delaware law in connection with transactions involving LLCs and partnerships, including structured financing transactions, joint venture transactions, investment fund transactions and private equity transactions.

Since joining the firm in 1999, Christine has also rendered advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including mergers, conversions and dissolutions, as well as analyzing corporate governance, fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.
