Metzler is a Human Resources change agent with over thirty years’ experience in consumer product and service environments. Dave’s focus is on strategic planning, program design and development, and implementation of people-centric business solutions.
Head of Human Resources at the firm, Dave supervises employment and staffing, compensation, retirement and benefits, training and development, employee and community relations, and safety and security. Through subordinate managers, he oversees other major support services for the firm, including library services, records and conflict services, secretarial and reception services, and paralegal support. In addition, Dave works with the firm’s Operations, Benefits, Paralegal, Employment Contract and Investment Committees.
Dave has hands-on experience at managerial through executive levels in regional, national and global organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Avon Products, Fujitsu, Bahlsen, Posi-Seal Int’l, Austin Quality Foods and Ikon Office Solutions.
In addition, Dave is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel with 7 years of active and 21 years of reserve duty.
