Drew Sloan focuses his practice primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including with respect to formation, operation, and governance matters.  His practice involves providing advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide range of matters involving Delaware alternative entities, including merger, conversion, and dissolution, as well as advising clients on acquisition, investment fund, structured finance, joint venture, and financing transactions.

Drew’s work has also included representing debtors, secured creditors, and other parties in interest in large chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
