Eric Schwartzman focuses his practice on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to a variety of commercial transactions, including securitization, structured finance, financing, and secured transactions.  He also assists clients with the formation, structuring, and operation of Delaware entities.  Providing legal opinions in connection with securitization and structured finance transactions, Eric has particular expertise in Articles 8 and 9 of Delaware’s Uniform Commercial Code.

Eric Schwartzman focuses his practice on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to a variety of commercial transactions, including securitization, structured finance, financing, and secured transactions.  Eric also assists clients with the formation, structuring, and operation of Delaware entities.

Providing legal opinions in connection with securitization and structured finance transactions, Eric has particular expertise in Articles 8 and 9 of Delaware’s Uniform Commercial Code.  He also renders advice and legal opinions in connection with investment fund and joint venture transactions, as well as the formation and utilization of Delaware alternative entities, such as limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
