Gregory W. Ladner is a transactional attorney with a focus primarily on rendering advice on matters of Delaware law relating to Delaware limited liability companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships.
A director in the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, Greg has been involved in rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions and structured finance transactions. His work also includes advising clients with respect to mergers, conversions and other structural changes involving partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.
Greg has spoken at continuing legal education programs and has published articles concerning Delaware partnerships and limited liability companies. In law school, he was a member of the Villanova Law Review.
