Jake Crosetto focuses his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and statutory trusts. He has experience in rendering advice and providing legal opinions on a variety of matters of Delaware law, including the formation and operation of Delaware corporations and alternative business entities, the enforceability of contracts governed by Delaware law, choice of law issues, and the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code, in connection with merger, acquisition, securitization, structured finance, joint venture, asset sale and purchase, financing, and secured transactions.
