Joni L. Peet

Joni Peet splits her time between marketing and legal recruiting functions. In the marketing realm, she is involved in everything from issuing press releases to launching the firm's new website. Joni's legal recruitment responsibilities include overseeing the process of hiring law students as well as entry-level and lateral attorneys.

Prior to moving into the legal recruiting arena, Joni earned her certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training and worked as a paralegal for the firm, specializing in litigation. She also worked in the bankruptcy, corporate transactions and real estate practice areas.

Involved with various firm committees, Joni serves on the Hiring, Summer Associate, Diversity and Website Committees. She is a proud member of the Richards, Layton & Finger 25-Year Club.
