Joshua J. Novak is involved in rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware general partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including hedge fund and private equity fund transactions and structured finance transactions. He is an associate in the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group.
In law school, Josh served on the editorial board of The Journal of Corporation Law.
