Katharine Lester focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, including intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Kate clerked in the Superior Court of Delaware, covering a full docket of cases in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division. In law school, Kate was an editor of the Washington & Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. In addition, she served as vice chair to the Moot Court Executive Board and as an honor advocate for the University’s Honor System.

Kate Lester focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, including intellectual property and commercial disputes. She is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department.

In law school, Kate was an editor of the Washington & Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, which published her article, “The Affects of Apprendi v. New Jersey on the Use of DNA Evidence at Sentencing – Can DNA Alone Convict of Unadjudicated Prior Acts?” in 2010. In addition, she served as vice chair to the Moot Court Executive Board and as an honor advocate for the University's Honor System. Kate also spent a summer interning for the civil division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
