She has litigated numerous corporate control, corporate governance and contractual disputes in the Delaware courts. A director in the Corporate Department, Lisa also advises corporations, their directors and special committees on corporate governance and fiduciary duties.
Lisa has co-authored a chapter on corporate governance in a treatise entitled Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel. She also revised and updated chapter 4 of The Delaware Law of Corporations and Business Organizations (3d Ed. 1998). |
