Megan O’Connor focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

In law school, Megan was a managing editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review.
