Megan Woodward focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including secured transactions and structured finance transactions.

In law school, Megan served as the executive articles editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. Her article for the journal, "The Need for Speed: Regulatory Approaches to High Frequency Trading in the United States and the European Union," was listed on SSRN's Top Ten list for Capital Markets: Market Microstructure eJournal and ERN Other Microeconomics: General Equilibrium & Disequilibrium Models of Financial Markets.
