Michael J. Merchant

Michael J. Merchant focuses primarily on the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, representing debtors and creditors in all aspects of chapter 11 cases. He is a director in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department.

Mike has experience in a variety of business segments, including subprime mortgage lending, retail, manufacturing and telecommunications.

In law school, Mike served as editor-in-chief of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
