Monica Almendarez

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, Monica Almendarez works closely with the firm's directors to provide marketing and business development strategy on a firm-wide basis. Monica oversees the marketing department’s day-to-day operations.

Monica has nearly a decade of experience in strategic planning, business development, competitive intelligence, and utilizing technology to generate business leads in the legal industry. Because of her competitive intelligence background, Monica brings a unique perspective to law firm marketing by focusing on value-added information to form marketing strategy.

Monica has written and spoken on topics relating to how law firm marketing professionals can improve marketing and business development effectiveness by utilizing competitive intelligence or market research. She previously worked at Philadelphia-based law firms WolfBlock, Fox Rothschild, and Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
