Nathaniel Stuhlmiller focuses his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance and providing advice on a variety of fiduciary duty issues. Nathaniel also has experience advising corporations and boards of directors in connection with the payment of extraordinary dividends, implementing and administering stockholder rights plans, and the dissolution process under Delaware law. In law school, Nathaniel served as an articles editor for the Buffalo Law Review.

Nathaniel J. Stuhlmiller focuses his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance.  Nathaniel also has experience advising corporations and boards of directors in connection with the payment of extraordinary dividends, implementing and administering stockholder rights plans, and the dissolution process under Delaware law.  He is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the Corporate Advisory and Governance Group.

In law school, Nathaniel served as an articles editor for the Buffalo Law Review, which published his article Flores-Figueroa and the Search for Plain Meaning in Identity Theft Law in January 2010.
