Nicole Bright focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes. She is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Department.
While in law school, Nicole served as a research assistant developing the curriculum for a judicial externship program. She also served as judicial intern to the Honorable Humes J. Franklin and the Honorable Victor V. Ludwig, of the 25th Judicial District of Virginia.
