- Assisting in representing a Delaware corporation through dissolution proceedings, including successfully arguing a motion to dismiss an action seeking to replace the corporation's board of directors with a receiver. LeCrenier v. Central Oil Asphalt Corp., 2010 WL 5449838 (Del. Ch. Dec. 22, 2010)
