Rudolf Koch focuses on representing corporations, members of boards of directors, special board committees, substantial stockholders, limited liability companies and partnerships in litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts. He also provides nonlitigation advice and counseling to his clients with respect to corporate governance and fiduciary duties as well as issues arising under stockholder and other agreements and matters relating to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
Prior to joining the firm, Rudy practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, where he focused on commercial litigation. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
In law school, Rudy served as an intern for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. In addition, he was the lead symposium editor and a general editor of the Cornell Law Review, as well as a John M. Olin Law and Economics Scholar.
