Ryan Konstanzer focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes.

In law school, Ryan served as the online editor of the Notre Dame Law School Journal of Legislation. Ryan received dean’s awards for courses in deposition skills, negotiations, and intensive trial advocacy.
