Sara Pollock focuses on a wide variety of transactional matters relating to Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. She primarily renders advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to limited liability companies and partnerships with respect to formation, governance, fiduciary duty, contract interpretation, and dissolution matters. Sara has been involved in providing advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide range of transactions, including investment fund, master limited partnership, joint venture, structured finance, merger and acquisition, and cross-border transactions.

In law school, Sara served as an editor of the Penn State Law Review.
