Vincent Versagli focuses primarily on rendering advice as to commercial transactions involving Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He is an associate in the General Transactions Group of the firm’s Business Department.
While in law school, Vincent was a member of the Villanova Moot Court Board and served as a summer extern to the Hon. Mary F. Walrath of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
