William J. Wade is the president of the firm.  Also chair of the Litigation Department, his practice includes representing local and national clients in Delaware’s state and federal courts with an emphasis on various areas of civil litigation, including intellectual property and commercial law matters. Bill’s clients include entities such as ExxonMobil, the City of Wilmington, Wilmington Trust Company and the Christiana Care Health System, the state’s largest health-care system.

With a long history of leadership in the legal community, Bill is active in the state and national bar, serving on numerous panels and committees. He is also very involved in both the health-care arena and Delaware’s annual Minority Job Fair. Bill has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating.
