Richards, Layton & Finger Director Appointed to Serve as Chair of the Court of Chancery Rules Committee

WILMINGTON, Delaware – Greg Williams has been appointed by the Chancellor of the State of Delaware to serve as chair of the Court of Chancery Rules Committee. The committee, which advises the Court with respect to potential amendments to the Court’s litigation rules, is comprised of experienced practitioners selected from leading Delaware law firms. Mr. Williams also serves as chair of the Litigation Rules Advisory Committee of the Supreme Court of Delaware.
