Ginny Perkins manages the firm’s administrative services, including facilities operations, assignment of office space, coordination of office moves, and general space maintenance. She is involved in assessing the firm’s future space-planning needs and facilitates the coordination of expansion/construction projects.
Serving as liaison with building management, Ginny also negotiates contracts regarding the acquisition of furniture, supplies and miscellaneous outside contractors and services. She manages the firm’s hospitality services as well, including the planning, budgeting and execution of attorney and staff social functions.
Ginny is a member of the Richards, Layton & Finger 25-Year Club.
