Robert W. Whetzel, vice chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, represents businesses and academic institutions in a wide range of technology and commercial disputes.

In the intellectual property area, Bob has represented a variety of companies in trademark litigation, including major retailers, sporting goods companies and other consumer products companies. He has also represented technology companies and academic institutions in technology, research and licensing disputes. Bob represents a leading copyright membership organization in enforcement litigation, and he has acted as Delaware counsel in a number of significant patent litigation matters.
