The Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group represents all types of creditors in major chapter 11 cases, including secured creditors, DIP Lenders, trade creditors, landlords and others. This Group represents numerous lenders with respect to distressed credits, advising them regarding cash collateral issues as well as debtor-in-possession financings. This Group also regularly advises clients on purchasing assets out of bankruptcy proceedings.

This Group's lawyers prosecute and defend all types of chapter 11 claims, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance claims, challenges to acquisitions and all other litigation arising in the bankruptcy context.
