Adriane Kappauf clerked for the Honorable Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Supreme Court as a Wolcott Fellow.
Adriane focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual matters, and other commercial disputes.
Adriane was the valedictorian of the Widener University Delaware Law School class of 2022. She served as the articles editor of the Widener Law Review, and received the 2021 President’s Award for outstanding legal aptitude and service to the community. During law school, Adriane worked as an Academic Success Fellow, teaching legal writing skills to first-year students, and also served as a mentor in the Student Bar Association. She was awarded 10 Certificates of Achievement for achieving the highest grade in the class.
