Overview
David Teklits was a staff editor for the Temple Law Review.
Dave focuses his practice on commercial transactions, including structured finance transactions and securitizations. He provides advice and legal opinions on matters of Delaware law involving limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, and other Delaware entities, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
In law school, Dave served for three years as a teaching assistant for first-year Torts students. He received the Alfred L. Bricklin Memorial Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement, awarded to Temple Law’s graduating evening student with the highest GPA.
