Jordan Cramer clerked for Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Jordan focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, valuation, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
While in law school, Jordan served as managing editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She also earned the highest grade possible in the Washington University Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic, where she helped nonprofit organizations and small businesses form entities, prepare and execute corporate governance documents, draft commercial agreements, and comply with state and local law governing such entities.
