Meg Krivanec clerked for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III and Vice Chancellor Nathan A. Cook in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Meg focuses her practice primarily on advising clients on transactions and corporate governance matters implicating the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware and the related common law of fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining Richards Layton, Meg was an associate at Stoel Rives, LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and debt financing transactions.
