Megan Kenney focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. She is also a member of the firm’s substantive non-consolidation opinion team.
In law school, Megan served as an advocate in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic and the Unemployment Insurance Clinic. She interned for the Honorable Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor of the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Preston Deavers of the Southern District of Ohio. Megan was also a contributing editor of the University of Michigan Law School’s Journal of Law Reform.
