Overview
Naseeba Saeed was a staff editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.
Naseeba focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
During law school, Naseeba was a student attorney for the Washington University Immigration Clinic and a volunteer with the Migrant Immigrant Community Action Project. She also served as a legal extern for Anheuser-Busch. Naseeba received the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law Scholars in Law Scholarship, and also earned the Washington University School of Law Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. Naseeba is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
