Nathalie Freeman was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy and served as editor in chief of the Wake Forest Contemporary Journal of Bioethics.
Nathalie focuses primarily on commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. Her practice involves breach of contract, noncompete, and defamation claims in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
In law school, Nathalie served as the project coordinator for the Health Care Advocacy Pro Bono Project and was an active member of the Wills Pro Bono Project. She is a three-time recipient of the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for Academic Excellence. While attending law school, Nathalie also earned an M.A. in Bioethics from Wake Forest University.
