Overview

Nick D’Ambra was a fellow with William & Mary Law School’s Legal Practice Program.

Nick focuses his practice on transactional matters relating to Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships.  He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters relating to issues of formation, operation, governance, dissolution, and enforceability involving alternative entities.

In law school, Nick was a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review and a student advocate with the William & Mary Elder and Disability Law Clinic.  He also helped first-year students develop their writing, research, and advocacy skills through William & Mary’s Legal Practice Program.  As an undergraduate, Nick was named the Outstanding Student in the Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication Minor.
