Overview
Puja Upadhyay served as articles editor and symposium editor for Temple Law Review.
Puja focuses her practice on employment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. She also represents clients before state agencies.
In law school, Puja served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Theodore A. McKee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She was also a constitutional law teaching assistant and vice president of the Health Law Society. Puja is a fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.
Prior to law school, Puja worked in health policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
