Overview
Sam Gray was a note and comment editor for the University of Iowa’s Journal of Corporation Law.
Sam focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. In particular, he focuses on matters involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, and other contractual and commercial disputes.
During law school, Sam served as a judicial extern to Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery and worked as a research assistant for a professor of contracts, corporate governance, and business associations.
