By attending this PLI program, attendees will learn the necessary practice tools to do a going-private transaction from a knowledgeable faculty.

Director William Haubert will be on an panel entitled "A Walk-Through—From Start to Finish" which will cover the following:

  • Dealing with challenging inflection points during the transaction—what advice should you give?
  • Avoiding deal-killing mistakes.
