Amanda Steele focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, restructuring and other insolvency matters. She routinely represents both creditors and debtors in all aspects of chapter 11 cases. Amanda is also a member of the firm’s substantive nonconsolidation opinion team.
During law school, Amanda interned for the Honorable Justice Henry duPont Ridgely and for the Villanova University School of Law’s Federal Tax Clinic. She also received the Dr. Arthur Clement Pulling Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Villanova Law Review.
