John Seraydarian focuses on transactional matters involving alternative entities, including Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and other Delaware entities. He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, and structured finance transactions. John’s work also includes advising clients with respect to mergers, conversions, and other structural changes involving alternative entities, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.

John Seraydarian is a transactional attorney with a practice focused on rendering advice on matters of Delaware law relating to alternative entities, including Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and other Delaware entities.

A director in the firm's Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, John has extensive experience in rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware alternative entities, including investment fund transactions, structured finance transactions, joint venture transactions, and cross-border transactions.  His practice also includes advising clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions, conversions, dissolutions, and other structural changes involving Delaware alternative entities, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.

John is active in the firm's community service program.
