Mark D. Collins, chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors’ rights, with particular experience representing debtors, institutional lenders, creditors’ committees and acquirers in national chapter 11 cases.

Mark has served as lead counsel in several major chapter 11 cases and as co-counsel in many of the largest chapter 11 filings in history. He also has an active secured lender practice. Mark is a frequent lecturer at national corporate restructuring and bankruptcy seminars.
