The 28th Annual Federal Securities Institute

Sponsored by West LegalEdcenter and the Florida Bar Association, the 28th Annual Federal Securities Institute will be held on February 11-12 in Coral Gables, FL.  Attendees will learn how the key themes in the business environment—the economy, new laws and regulations, changes in direction at the SEC, and emerging case law—will affect their practice and their tactical and strategic choices in 2010.

Among the faculty of nationally recognized leaders in corporate law, finance and securities, Richards Layton directors Gregory Williams, Institute co-chair, and Lisa Schmidt will moderate a session entitled "Delaware Law Developments and Issues."  Director Srinivas Raju will moderate a session entitled "Increased Importance of Good Corporate Governance."
